Sohana Akter (opens in new tab)
Sohana Akter is a Ph.D. student in Computer Science at the University of Texas at San Antonio and a member of the APEX Lab. She completed her B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET), Bangladesh. Before beginning her doctoral studies, she gained over four years of professional experience as a full-stack Android developer specializing in real-time communication systems. Her current research focuses on Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), digital privacy, accessibility, and the ethical use of generative AI.

Protik Dey (opens in new tab)
Protik Dey is a second year Ph.D. student in the Computer Science Department at the University of Texas at San Antonio. He is currently working as a Graduate Research Assistant (GRA) at the APEX Lab. He completed his B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). Protik has over three years of experience as a full-stack developer at Kona Software Lab Ltd where he guided the development of several financial transaction features used both in Bangladesh and overseas. His research interest lies in the intersection of trust, privacy, and accessibility of Generative AI tools among people with visual impairments.

Mohd. Saifuzzaman (opens in new tab)
Mohd. Saifuzzaman is a Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science at the University of Texas at San Antonio, where he also serves as a Graduate Teaching Assistant (GTA) and is a member of the APEX Lab led by Dr. Taslima Akter. He received his M.Sc. in Computer Science from Jahangirnagar University (JU) and B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from Daffodil International University (DIU), Bangladesh. His current research focuses on usable privacy and security in assistive technologies, especially for people with visual impairments.

Abhinaya Guduru is a junior undergraduate student majoring in Computer Science at the University of Texas, San Antonio (UTSA).
